Senior Earns Athlete of the Week
Cannon Anderson '24 is invaluable asset on the St. Mary's court.
The Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) recognized SMS Cannon Anderson ‘24 as one of the four Toyota Athletes of the January 22-28th Week for his performance in basketball, expressing that “Cannon made a big impact in the Crusaders games the last week in January. He scored 23 PTS against Coquille and 33 PTS against Glide, both resulting in wins.”
Cannon says it's an honor to play at St. Mary’s and be recognized for all the work he's put into developing his skills. He is also happy to represent the school well.

Cannon is the first St. Mary's student to be recognized this school year. Each week, just four athletes from the entire state are chosen for the honor. You can nominate an athlete here.
